Fluke Off - 250ml, 500ml, 1 litree

Fluke Off is an effective treatment against skin, gill flukes and intestinal helminths. For Koi Carp or coldwater ornamental fish. Always ensure correct diagnosis for flukes by taking a scrape before treatment. Fluke Off is best used above 10°C.


Directions: Switch off UV Steriliser, carbon filter and protein skimmer and aerate the pond until treatment has been completed, for a minimum of 7 days.  Fluke Off will not destroy friendly bacteria, you can continue feeding during treatment. Tighten cap, shake and mix well. Measure the correct dose. Using a clean watering can filled with pond water add the Fluke Off using the measuring cup to get the correct dose.  Slowly add to the return of the pond over a 1 hour period, this will prevent shocking the pond. Do not use in conjunction with any other medication.


For heavy infestations you can repeat this treatment, after taking a scrape to confirm the flukes are still present, 7 days later. Fluke Off can be safely used for up to 4 doses and is safe to use with salt.


Dosage:

Use 10ml per 364 litres (80 gallons)  

Warning: This medication will kill aquatic snails.

Monitor your fish during all treatments.  DO NOT treat last thing at night, the day before you go on holiday or just before you go out

Filtration should be maintained at all time.

Do not overdose.  Overdosing can cause fish fatalities.

Returns & Refunds

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Essential Ponds & Aquatics, The fish shed, 14 The Orchards, Laxfield, IP13 8EE – info@essentialpondsandaquatics.co.uk– 01379777365) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Following cancellation, we will refund you the price paid for the cancelled order (or part of the order cancelled), less any collection or return charges (if any). We will also refund any standard delivery charges paid, or an amount equal to those charges if you elect to use a more expensive delivery method. We will pay the refund within 14 days after the day:

- You notified us to cancel your order, where you have not received the goods (and the goods have not been dispatched to you) or where we have agreed to collect the goods; or,
- We receive the goods you returned to us, where you are in receipt of the goods; or
- You provide us with a proof of return for the goods, where you have returned the goods but we have not yet received them.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use means handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in particular if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return for the goods. Without limiting your cancellation rights in Clause 7, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will:

- Provide a full refund for any product that is not what you ordered;
- Provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale; or
- At your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for defective goods.
